Earlier going to gym or purchasing exercise machines was attributed as an elite class activity and it was thought that only the privileged ones or the film stars and sports persons have the need to go to gym for a fit body. But the growing awareness among the middle class for maintaining a healthy body and also to flaunt the fit build up has set up the market for Gym and fitness equipment.As soon as gyms come into the scene, people found ways to stay fit and healthy. With the advent of gyms into their lives people started recognizing the importance of exercising and regular workouts.
