Hey all, I made a rank abundance curve for my 4 samples few months ago using OTU table.I got the curves showing models.I forgot to pen down the AIC values then.Now when I am writing a paper and wanted the AIC numbers,not only I am not able to reproduce the figures and also when I got it,dosent gives an AIC number. Can somebody help me here,since I have a serious deadline and cannot spend enough time to figure out the reason. The input file is attached.
