Hi Facundo, The latest version of gdistance should work for you. It will calculate the Euclidean distance between cell centres either in map units or in number of cells (argument scl). |

If the original raster is not LonLat, geoCorrection stops: stop("not yet implemented for this projection. Contact package author.") But I still want to correct for diagonals my transition object, because I stated directions>4. Is there a way to perform this correction in a non-LonLat raster? Thanks! |
