Hi Facundo,

The latest version of gdistance should work for you.

It will calculate the Euclidean distance between cell centres either in map units or in number of cells (argument scl).

If the original raster is not LonLat, geoCorrection stops:

stop("not yet implemented for this projection. Contact package author.")

But I still want to correct for diagonals my transition object, because I stated directions>4.
Is there a way to perform this correction in a non-LonLat raster?
