Staggered entry Kaplan-Meier survival estimates [ Reply ]

Hi there,

I am trying to use R to get staggered entry Kaplan-meier survival estimates for radio-marked animals that are followed with radio telemetry. I noticed that there is function in package survival to do KM estimates, but I couldn't find much on staggered entry (animals entering study staggered and not all at once). So, does anyone know if any function, package, or code exists for R to do a staggered entry KM survival estimates?
My goal is enter the data in 3 columns ( Date released, Fate Date, Fate Code) and have R give me survival estimates for a specified time period (for example, every week over the course of 6 months) and the SE associated with each estimate.

Thank you in advance for any feedback!
