I have no clue.

But google is your friend, look here:

https://www.google.com/search?client=ubuntu&channel=fs&q=analyze+DICOM+image+with+R&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

in particular, there is a package called "oro.dicom".

Dear Vidu

This forum is for getting help with the R package 'maxLik.' The 'maxLik' package provides tools for maximum likelihood estimations and is not made for reading images. I suggest that you ask your question at the R-help mailing list.

Best regards,
Arne
