Hi guys, Been shuffling around my datasets for the following code, but it just won't work. > cv <- generate.cv(n=7169, m=700) > ee <- c(1,1,1,1,1,1,0,0,0,0,0,0) > mc <- wilcox.selection.split(x=aq_pos_medFC_log, y=ee, split=cv,algo="new",pvalue=TRUE) Error in wilcox.selection.split(x = aq_pos_medFC_log, y = ee, split = cv, : The length of y must equal the number of rows of x > mc <- wilcox.selection.split(x=aq_pos_medFC_transposed, y=ee, split=cv,algo="new",pvalue=TRUE) Error in Rmat[-split[j, ], split[j, ]] : subscript out of bounds I've tried some variations on the above, but to no avail... does anyone know what the package wants in terms of data structure that I may be missing/doing wrong?
