Regarding your point 1: please send me a minimal reproducible example (i.e., R code and eventually a data set) so that I can reproduce the error message on my computer, analyse the error message, and fix the error.

Regarding your points 2 and 3: these are no error messages but *warning* messages that suggest that the model may (or may not) be misspecified. Do you have avy specifid questions regzarding the warning messages?

Please, could you help me with these problems? I don`t know what to do.

1-
function value in search procedure is NaN
Error in if ((returnObj$mleParam["gamma"] < 0.01 || returnObj$mleParam["gamma"] > :
missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed

2-
Warning messages:
1: In sfa(logvts ~ l1logemp + l1logpfa + l1logcurrr + I(0.5 * l1logemp^2) + :
the parameter 'gamma' is close to the boundary of the parameter space [0,1]: this can cause convergence problems and can negatively affect the validity and reliability of statistical tests and might be caused by model misspecification
2: In sfa(logvts ~ l1logemp + l1logpfa + l1logcurrr + I(0.5 * l1logemp^2) + :
the covariance matrix of the maximum likelihood estimates is singular

3-
Warning message:
In sfa(logvts ~ l1logemp + l1logpfa + l1logcurrr + I(0.5 * l1logemp^2) + :
the parameter 'gamma' is close to the boundary of the parameter space [0,1]: this can cause convergence problems and can negatively affect the validity and reliability of statistical tests and might be caused by model misspecification

Thanks!
