Hi! I am trying out biomod2 version 4.0. I saw that when computing the evaluation mean plot, the sd does not consider the limit of the maximum and minimum value of the Evaluation metric value. See the plots and table attached. There are no TSS values higher than 1, because it is not statistically possible. Hence, how then the plot is configured? Previously, the limits of max-min of evaluation metric where considered. How can we solve this? Or someone can explain me how they are created now?
