Hi, I used read.xlsx to import the attached file as a df to be used as the comparison object. However, whenever I checked using is.comparison, it always returned as FALSE. I am not sure what is wrong as it has the required headers (start1, end1, start2, end2 etc). I converted all intergers to numerics as well, but no success still. Could you help? Thanks |
