I have a problem when making my cumulative plot (plot.type="C", show.overall=F). At the moment of doing it, the 5 most responsive snps do not appear in the legend, instead I see some different ones from those that are in the graph, that is, those that are in the legend are not the same as those found in the graph. I have looked for help on websites, however I have not been able to solve it. I have also done it with other data sets and I don't have that problem, it is only when I do it with this data set (attached file). I attach my input files and my script to replicate it, I also send you my graph so you can see what I get. |
