Hello, Recently I have noticed that I'm unable to install gdistance from any cran repository directly from R. Also, I've noticed that I can't even install in manually from the cran archives. I get the following error: > install.packages("C:/Users/Amy/Downloads/gdistance_1.1-2.tar.gz", repos = NULL) Installing package(s) into ‘C:/Users/Amy/Documents/R/win-library/2.14’ (as ‘lib’ is unspecified) Warning in install.packages : error 1 in extracting from zip file Warning in install.packages : cannot open compressed file 'gdistance_1.1-2.tar.gz/DESCRIPTION', probable reason 'No such file or directory' Any help would be appreciated. |
