New beta release of phylobase (0.6.1)

The phylobase team is pleased to announce the release of a new beta version. This release --among other things-- greatly improves the import of NEXUS file in phylobase. Phylobase is a S4 based package for the manipulation, storage, plotting of phylogenetic trees and comparative data.
