INLA package missing on windows build

Detailed description
My package now no longer builds on Windows as the INLA package is unavailable. Previously it worked (and not on linux but that was fixed in #6516). The Description file has the relevant Additional_repositories entry. Log: Mon Aug 28 10:48:11 2017: Building binary for package StudyPrior (SVN revision 54) using R version 3.4.1 Patched (2017-08-25 r73136) ... * installing to library 'R:/lib/local/3.4' ERROR: dependency 'INLA' is not available for package 'StudyPrior' * removing 'R:/lib/local/3.4/StudyPrior' Run time: 0.76 seconds.
