Summary:
WRS package for Mac OS X 10.13.3 High Sierra

Detailed description
Dear R Forge Team,

I installed the WRS2 package for Statistics, but the function rmanovab() does not recognise the parameter alpha (e.g., alpha = .05). The Help Console appears:
rmanovab(y, groups, blocks, tr = 0.2, nboot = 599)

For that reason, I tried to install the WRS package through the command:

install.packages("WRS", repos = "http://R-Forge.R-project.org";)

And the error message appeared:

Warning: dependency ‘akima’ is not available
Warning: unable to access index for repository http://R-Forge.R-project.org/bin/macosx/el-capitan/contrib/3.4:

I would like to know if the WRS package is available to install because I suppose the function rmanovab() for WRS accepts the parameter alpha, and it is interesting because I can change it to .01.

Thank you very much for your attention and help.

Kind regards,
Reinaldo.

Dear Reinaldo,

It seems the project WRS is no longer maintained / does not exist on r-forge.

You may try installing first the dependencies independently and then trying again with this old version of WRS, which was left in our /src/. However, I would not bet on that, and there is nothing I could help you with any further.

I suggest your search, if this package is continued to be developed further somewhere else.

Best regards,
Gennadiy Starostin.
