Error in getData("SRTM") on Linux

Detailed description
Hi, just a small bug: on Linux, I get Error in .SRTM(..., download = download, path = path) : file not found when doing something like srtm <- getData("SRTM",lon=10, lat=15) Probably the reason is that the function is looking for a *.TIF (upper case extension) while the unzipped file has a lower case extension.
