Detailed description
Is it possible to indicate a, for example, solved bug in a commit message with its number (e.g., commit message: "solved bug [#234]") and the number is then resolved as link to the concrete bug tracker item?

And similar into the other direction: a bug is, e.g., closed with the comment "in revision #124", and the number is again resolved as link to the SCM.

There was a similar discussion on Google code (http://code.google.com/p/support/issues/detail?id=797) and a solution is described here http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk/doc/issuetrackers.txt . We'll have a look into it.
