Summary:
ppam: Bug with sprint function ppam when cluster.only=TRUE

Detailed description
A sprint user reported

"I have a distance object (mat.2.b.clustered) that only contains 1086
elements in it. When I try to cluster it and use the default value for
cluster.only (default is FALSE), the call to ppam works without issue; but
when I specify cluster.only=TRUE this is what I get:

system.time( ppam.partcl.res <- ppam( x=mat.2.b.clustered,
+ k=opt$num.k,
+ cluster.only=TRUE ) )
Error in res$silinf[, 1] : incorrect number of dimensions
Timing stopped at: 2.312 0 2.313"
