I received this bug in an e-mail from one of our users.
If the mldose/mlprob file from MaCH contains letters before the -> these are not stripped, only numbers are. So with
NA1234->NA1234 MLDOSE ....
the smaple id is converted to NANA1234 instead of NA1234. |
