(Matrix v1.5-1) The link, https://R-forge.R-project.org/tracker/?atid=294&group_id=61, given for bug reports in Matrix/DESCRIPTION seems to be wrong (or for members of the Matrix team only?) as it gives the following error: Permission denied. No project was chosen, project does not exist or you cannot access it.

However, now I think I found the issue: the link is OK in file DESCRIPTION but on the rendered page on CRAN at https://CRAN.R-project.org/package=Matrix it is https://r-forge.r-project.org/tracker/?atid=294&group_id=61, where the ampersand has been converted to html syntax, &

And the current URL works for me (on FF106), even when logged out of R-Forge ... What URL _does_ work for you?
