It seems a lot of people have recently been having errors with the new release of the Matrix R package, see: https://github.com/satijalab/seurat/issues/8000 https://github.com/stuart-lab/signac/issues/1591 https://github.com/satijalab/seurat/issues/7993 https://stackoverflow.com/questions/77481539/error-in-initializeptr-function-cholmod-factor-ldeta-not-provided-by-pack And I am having the same issue described there: https://github.com/RGLab/MAST/issues/184 It seems downgrading to Matrix 1.6.1 partly resolves our issue, but then creates more in other functions. Any help is appreciated!
